I have watch this young man grow with such incredible humility and meekness these past few months that it is a miracle. I'm so proud of him.
Today I offer him this advice:
Lose yourself in the work.
Be obedient--exactly obedient!
Love the people you live with.
Love the people you serve.
This will be the best and hardest two years of your life, but it will set the tone for the next seven (eight?) decades. Don't waste a minute.
Have fun.
Eat right.
Pray.
Separate your whites from your darks.
WRITE YOUR MOTHER!
And never forget your mother (and father) love you the most!
